Requests from End Users Regarding Personal Information We Process on Behalf of Our Customers as a Data Processor or Service Provider

We provide our services and apps as ordered by our customers, and in this context, we act as a data processor or service provider on behalf of our customers. For example, when processing the content of communications such as voicemails, faxes, and recordings in connection with our services, we do so on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions as a data processor or service provider. If you believe Techserv LLC may have collected or stored personal information about you on behalf of a Techserv LLC customer or wish to access, review, modify, or delete your communication content, you should direct your request to that customer.

LIABILITY FOR ONWARD TRANSFERS

Techserv LLC shall remain liable if its agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with this Notice unless Techserv LLC proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.
