What’s Changed in this Privacy Notice?

How We Use Your Personal Information, we have clarified use limitations with respect to certain types of personal information, such as via SMS or APIs.

  • Information about your use of non-Techserv LLC Services through integrations: Social media account information, single-sign-on service tokens, Google/Apple/Microsoft sign-in tokens.

  • Service Usage Data: Device information (such as IP address, ISP, device and operating system type, operating system and client version, type of microphone or speakers, and other related information).
  • System logs, including usage logs, backend logs, and client logs.
  • Internal feature usage analytics.
  • Cookie identifiers.
  • Traffic data about the communications that take place through our platform (e.g., chat, video conferencing), including network monitoring data and call detail records produced by telephone calls or other telecommunications transactions.
  • Quality of Service data.

HOW WE RESPECT YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

We provide you with the opportunity to access, review, modify, and delete the personal information that we process.

Requests from End Users Regarding Personal Information We Process on Behalf of Our Customers as a Data Processor or Service Provider

We provide our services and apps as ordered by our customers, and in this context, we act as a data processor or service provider on behalf of our customers. For example, when processing the content of communications such as voicemails, faxes, and recordings in connection with our services, we do so on behalf of our customers and in accordance with their instructions as a data processor or service provider. If you believe Techserv LLC may have collected or stored personal information about you on behalf of a Techserv LLC customer or wish to access, review, modify, or delete your communication content, you should direct your request to that customer.

YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS AS A U.S. RESIDENT

Access: Request more information about the personal information we hold about you and download a copy of it.

Rectification: Request changes, corrections, or supplementation to incorrect or incomplete information. Some corrections can be made directly through your service account.

Erasure: Request the deletion of your personal information from our systems, with certain deletions available directly through your service account.

LIABILITY FOR ONWARD TRANSFERS

In the context of an onward transfer, Techserv LLC has responsibility for the processing of personal information it receives and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Techserv LLC shall remain liable if its agent processes such personal information in a manner inconsistent with this Notice unless Techserv LLC proves that it is not responsible for the event giving rise to the damage.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Techserv LLC does not knowingly provide products or services directly to children under the age of 16, nor do we knowingly collect or solicit personal information from children under 16 outside of legally compliant contexts.
